This project demonstrates my ability to design clear, instructor-facing learning materials that support adults in teaching a set of practical skills. The Instructor Pro-Pack was created to accompany a workbook series and provides lesson flow, guidance notes, and ready-to-use activities. The focus is on clarity, structure, and ease of use for the instructor.

The Challenge

Instructors needed a resource they could pick up and teach from immediately; something that removed guesswork, provided a clear sequence, and helped them deliver consistent, engaging sessions without having to create materials from scratch.

What I Delivered

I built:

  • A structured lesson plan with step-by-step flow

  • Instructor guidance notes

  • Supporting activity pages

  • A clean, print-ready PDF designed for practical and economical use

  • Materials aligned with the learner workbook while remaining useable on their own

My Approach

I identified the key learning objectives, broke them down into teachable steps, and designed the instructor pack to guide delivery from start to finish. Layouts were kept simple and functional, with clear headings, prompts, and activity structures to minimize cognitive load and maximise usability.

The Outcome

To extend A professional, instructor-ready training pack that makes it easy for adults to deliver a series of in-person lessons with minimal preparation time, thereby increasing revenue and maximising efficiency. This project shows my ability to create adult training resources that combine structure, clarity, and practical application; skills directly transferable to SMEs coaches, trainers, and small learning-focused businesses.
